When a sensor triggers, a human from our monitoring team reviews the alert within minutes. For clear emergencies, we contact you immediately and dispatch our response team. How quickly does your team respond on-site?

For emergency-level alerts (water leak, smoke, intrusion), our target response time is within 2 hours. For non-emergency situations such as confirmed AC failure, we typically visit the next morning. Response times may vary based on location and time of day, but we will always contact you promptly regardless.

Yes. For smoke/CO alerts, we contact local fire and emergency services immediately with your property address and situation details. For confirmed unauthorized entry, we call local police. We have established relationships with emergency services across all Florida regions we serve.

What sensors do you install?

We use professional-grade commercial IoT sensors — the same hardware used in commercial facilities. All devices are cellular-connected with battery backup, professionally calibrated, and programmed to your specific property thresholds. We do not use the consumer-grade devices sold in hardware stores.

One in-person response visit per month is included in your plan at no extra charge. If additional emergency responses are needed within the same month, they are billed separately at a transparent per-visit rate that is disclosed clearly in your service agreement. There are no surprises.
